Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Goods sold under Fiffybaby.com are entitled to exchange goods within 7 working days after received goods
  • All exchange or replacement of goods are subject to stock availability. In the event of out of stock, we will inform customer with an alternative solution
  • Gift Certificate are non-refundable


What products are exchangeable / refundable?

  • Goods sold under FiffyBaby are entitled to exchange if :
    • Goods delivered are damaged/defective
    • Goods sold do not match with order detail
    • Changes of mind
  • Goods are NOT entitled to exchange if:
    • Goods are not its original purchased conditions including packaging and tag
    • Goods are intimate products, eg, disposable breast pad
  • Goods are only entitled for refund if:
    • Goods delivered are damaged or defective
    • Goods received are in contrast with what customer has ordered (Eg, Incorrect colours/sizes have received compare to order detail) 

 

How can I refund or exchange?

  • Customer may initiate the return/exchange policy by submitting a return application form
  • Customers will be notified via email for updates on the refund/exchange status within 7 working days of submission of return application form
  • In the event of damaged goods, please contact FiffyBaby within 24 hours of receiving good to expedite the refund/exchange process

 

Shipping Fee: 

  • If customer wish to exchange the items, he/she would have to bear the shipping fee of sending back to our FIFFY Distribution Center at the following address:

  • After verification, we would send back the requested item to customer for FREE
  • In the light of damaged item(s) or wrong item(s) has been sent to customer, FIFFY will absorb the all shipping fees involved in the exchange process

*Refund amount will exclude shipping fee


How long will it take for me to receive my refund or exchange

  •  Please allowed 14 to 21 working days after the refund application has been approved
  • The total refund amount will exclude shipping fee
