By creating and submitting an order, client represents and warrants that all personal information you have entered for the order is valid.
Client cannot cancel or change an order once it has been submitted and paid, except with respect to out of stock items.
If an item client have ordered is not in stock after the order has been placed, client will receive an "Out of Stock" notification via email / phone (if an email address / phone no has been provided). We reserve the right to cancel orders for out of stock items at any time by giving email / phone text notice to client.

Client will receive an email to confirm and acknowledge your order.
Client should notify us immediately if discrepancies are noted in the order confirmation and acknowledgement.

We will issue an email to notify client when client's order has been shipped. The shipment's tracking no will be provided as well for order tracking purpose.
All orders will be shipped via our designated carrier service provider. If you choose an express delivery service, an additional charge will be imposed at the time of your order.
