Terms & conditions:


  1. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") shall apply to all contestants in this Lucky Draw hosted by FIFFY Sdn Bhd ("FIFFY").
  2. This contest is open to all citizens of Malaysia except for employees of FIFFY Sdn Bhd and its affiliate companies, as well as their immediate family members. FIFFY reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any participants and to disqualify any participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  3. For every minimum spending of RM30 on FIFFY Brands' products, you will be entitled to one (1) entry. Entries will be calculated automatically based on the total amount spent on FIFFY Brands' products within a single receipt. Contestants may make multiple purchases and submit multiple entries (different receipts) throughout the contest period. Each entry must be supported by an original receipt dated within the contest period and must include complete personal details filled out on the online application form. Multiple entries submitted using the same original receipt will be disqualified.
  4. All details and particulars submitted in this lucky draw must be accurate, true, and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entry forms will be disqualified.
  5. Prizes: Refer to the table below for the details of the prizes, eligible entry periods, and draw dates.

  6. FIFFY shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner. All prizes won are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. FIFFY assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to any defect or deficiency of the prizes and will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. All winners shall accept the prizes on an "as is" basis. FIFFY also makes no representation, warranty, or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the gifts or prizes, including, without limitation, relating to quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  7. To verify your eligibility as a winner, contestants are required to keep a softcopy of their receipt, which may be requested by our team upon contacting the winner. Contestants must verify their status as winners by ensuring that the information they provide matches the details submitted via the online form. (Name as per IC, phone number and identity card) When requested to provide their receipt for verification, contestants must ensure that the uploaded image is accurate, clear, and legible. Submission of inaccurate information or unclear images may result in disqualification.
  8.  All personal costs and/or any other costs, fees, and/or related expenses, as well as any taxable liabilities incurred to participate in the contest and to redeem the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
  9. By participating in this contest, participants consent to give their personal information, and FIFFY reserves the right to publish and use the winners' names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising, and/or trade without further compensation or notice. Each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by FIFFY.
  10. Winners must redeem their prize within the specified expiration date as communicated by our team upon notification of winning. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and no alternative prizes or compensation will be provided.
  11. The organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any contest entries for contestants that are found or suspected of cheating, hacking, or tampering with the contest submission process, the operation of the contest, and the Terms & Conditions of this contest.
  12. FIFFY's management reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  13. The participants understand and agree that their participation in the contest is at their own risk, and FIFFY is not liable to any person, whether in tort, contract, statute, or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or costs in connection with their participation in the contest. The participants acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, FIFFY disclaims all liabilities for any claims for damage, losses, costs, and/or expenses arising from participation in the contest.
  14. The contest and all information published and related to it (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software, and trademarks) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of FIFFY.
  15. FIFFY shall not be liable for any default in respect of the contest due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, technical or system failures, or any event beyond the reasonable control of FIFFY.
  16. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Malaysian Law.
